Luxury CBD Pad: Super King Beds, Records + Pool!

Positive: Accommodation was awesome, nice large apartment which was perfect for our needs for our stay. Awesome range of appliances, and basic pantry needs available for everyday use. Owner is in the middle of upgrading the apartment, so anyone with future stays will have an even greater experience. Key collection/ check in was easy with a lock box close by for convenient collection. Would definitely stay at this property again, or any other properties run by this host.

Property and location great, accommodation reasonably comfortable Positive: This unit has three bedrooms with comfortable beds and two bathrooms. Great water pressure in showers and hot water without waiting. Living area air conditioned. Negative: Bedrooms very hot and only a doona, so didn’t sleep well. Wardrobes full of items so no cupboard space for clothes. Can sleep 6 people but only living area seating for 2. Bench seats in dining area but not comfortable for movie watching. Boxes left for upgrade of apartment in one bedroom and wardrobe, left limited space for suitcase.

Excellent Positive: The property was well maintained and clean. There was plenty of space for our family and we were not in each others spaces. The pool and gym was an added bonus, so nice to have access to these facilities. Negative: The property was amazing. If I had to say anything it would be that the cupboard space was used as storage and there was much room for us to use to hang our clothing.

A perfect apartment for your next visit to Melbourne. Positive: Host provided all information required for an easy stray in a very detailed welcome email. Answered any questions I had promptly and was always super friendly. Apartment was very clean and had all the creature comforts of home. Great location in the Melbourne CBD close to Marvel Stadium, the DFO and the city centre.

A beautiful apartment with all one could need in the CBD area of Melbourne. Positive: Beautifully furnished and spacious apartment with all that one could need. The roof top pool was great and the apartment block was well maintained and close to transport links, restaurants and shops. Jake was very helpful and accommodating. Negative: Nothing.
