Beautiful view and excellent location Positive: It was clean and comfortable. It is super close to Southern Station and all Melbourne attractions. The check-in looks like a treasure hunt, but they provide full detailed instructions to complete it Negative: The tv isn't smart, so you cannot watch any online content or platforms.

Lockbox Nightmare! Negative: Apartment was as expected and location was great, HOWEVER the customer service was terrible hence the 1 star rating. Be warned that you require to collect a key from a lockbox that is not located on site in a dodgy looking carpark. Me and my daughter arrived at 11pm and for me the lockbox didn't work as the combination they gave me was wrong. Tried texting and phoning contact numbers but no reply. At this point I thought i had been SCAMMED. It meant that we had to try find some other accomodation late at night in a city we didn't know. I rung the next morning and managed to talk with a lady who gave me another combination number to try. At least that worked this time and was able to get the key. Apparently the 'cleaners' change the combination without telling them. They refunded the BARE MINIMUM back to me, in the end I lost out considering the extra hotel room I had to book, foreign currency fees taken out after refunding me, the frustration and anger I was feeling and the anxiety of feeling scammed after coming off an international flight with a child in tow. They just seem to have a standard response of "We sincerely regret the frustration and disappointment this has caused and have taken steps to ensure this doesn't happen again". Little too late for us for them to put new procedures in place to prevent this. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Fantastic place to stay Positive: Excellent location. Super comfy bed. Clean accommodation. Everything was easy, both getting access, travelling around town, packing up. Negative: Nothing. It was all superb.
