Stylish CBD Apartment: Urban Escape + Epic Views!

A comfortable place to stay with a great location. Positive: Great location, walking distance to southern cross station, Marvel stadium if heading in for a concert, Spencer St outlet, Coles, trams, restaurants etc.. Apartment was comfortable and clean and had all that we required. Jake gave very good instructions (including pictures) on directions to apartment, picking up the keys and entering the apartment, all very helpful! Negative: Nothing we didn’t like, couple of little things we found that needed attention, didn’t effect our stay though, but we messaged to advise them. Jake was very responsive, not aware of the attention needed and was chasing it up. As mentioned it didn’t affect our stay but will help the next guest staying.

Very good place

I stayed at home even though we were away from home. Positive: It is spacious and clean. Location is very good in CBD. Negative: Only one key for a couple is not enough as we can’t go out individually.

Perfect apartment, perfect location Positive: The location was fantastic and the apartment very clean and spacious. It had everything you would need and good quality crockery and glasses. Great shower too and a comfortable bed. Jake the host is a great communicator and access was easy and exactly as described. Negative: Nothing, it was all good.

Positive: Die Lage ist super. Man ist schnell im Zentrum und kommt überall gut hin. Jack hat immer schnell und klar kommuniziert und war sehr angenehm im Kontakt. Negative: Das Bettsofa war trotz Buchung für drei Personen nicht vorbereitet. Es gab auch keine Information, dass wir es selbst beziehen müssen. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns das gesagt. Eine frühere Information oder ein vorbereitetes Bett würde den Ablauf deutlich verbessern.
