Positive: 1.住宿地點位置非常棒，鄰近地鐵及電車站，過馬路就是維多利亞市場。
2.高樓層夜景漂亮。
3.廚房設備齊全，部分都算乾淨。
Negative: 1.已提前詢問是否可提早入住，已讀不回，非得拖到入住當天打給他才回覆說不一定，因為清潔人員還沒好，一整理好會馬上通知，然後就當場等了近2小時才好。（不行可以直說，不需要浪費我的時間，而且市區車位超難找）
2.冷氣一臺在客廳，沒有對外窗的房間會比較悶熱，有幾天半夜都被熱醒。
3.陽台門無法上鎖，雖然是60樓，但與隔壁的圍牆是相連的，若遇到有心之人會很難防範。
